Two Type of Financial Struggling Employees!

A huge number of Filipinos are under the "E" Quadrant (employee),

and I classify them into two types.

1. Complacent Employees:

Complacent employees are the one who says "OK na sahod na to, nababayaran naman gastusin ko." They just take their paycheck and hope that someday they willgetpromoted or find a higher paying job. They feel comfortable with whatthey are doing and they are being contented with their job because offear. Fear that if they get out of their comfort zone (which isemployment) they will not be able to earn money or they will losemoney. They do not know that their comfort zone is in direct proportionto their income zone.

2. Complaining Employees:

Complaining employee are the one who says "Hay naku, napakaliit talagang magpasahod ng kumpanyang ito." And the next step thing they do is quit. They look for another job, better opportunity and higher pay thinking that more money will solvethe problem. But more money won't solve the problem.

So what will solve this financial struggle? Financial Literacy.

Instead of changing your job and look for a better paying one, change what is in your head.

Be financially literate and learn how "money will work for you and Not YOU working for money."

So are you ready to get out of your comfort zone and

take your first step to being financially literate?

Fulfilling Your Dreams with the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success

By Deepak Chopra, M.D.
A bestselling author, educator, and holistic health pioneer
who shares his insights in this inspiring article on personal growth.

There are many aspects to success; material wealth is only one component. Moreover, success is a journey, not a destination. Material abundance, in all its expressions, happens to be one of those things that makes the journey more enjoyable. But success also includes good health, energy and enthusiasm for life, fulfilling relationships, creative freedom, emotional and psychological stability, a sense of well-being and peace of mind. Even with the experience of all these things, we will remain unfulfilled unless we nurture the seeds of divinity inside us. In reality, we are divinity in disguise, and the gods and goddesses in embryo that are contained within us seek to be fully materialized. Although I call the laws I'm about to discuss The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, they could easily be called The Seven Spiritual Laws of Life. This is because they are the same principles that nature uses to create everything in material existence--everything we can see, hear, smell, taste or touch.

Success in life could be defined as the continued expansion of happiness and the progressive realization of worthy goals. Success is the ability to fulfill your desires with effortless ease. And yet success, including the creation of wealth, has always been considered a process that requires hard work, and it is often considered to be at the expense of others. We need a more spiritual approach to success and to affluence, which is the abundant flow of all good things to you. With the knowledge and practice of spiritual law, we put ourselves in harmony with nature and create with carefreeness, joy and love. True success is the experience of the miraculous. It is the unfolding of the divinity within us. It is the perception of divinity wherever we go, in whatever we perceive--in the eyes of a child, in the beauty of a flower, in the flight of a bird. When we begin to experience our life as the miraculous expression of divinity--not occasionally, but all the time--then we will know the true meaning of success.

Now let's go over The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success and see how we can apply them in our lives.

1) The Law of Pure Potentiality
This law is based on the fact that we are, in our essential state, pure consciousness. Pure consciousness is pure potentiality; it is the field of all possibilities and infinite creativity. When you discover your essential nature and know who you really are, in that knowing itself is the ability to fulfill any dream you have, because you are the eternal possibility, the immeasurable potential of all that was, is and will be. This law could also be called the Law of Unity, because underlying the infinite diversity of life is the unity of one all-pervasive spirit. There is no separation between you and this field of energy. One way to access the field is through the daily practice of silence, meditation and non-judgment. Spending time in nature will also give you access to the qualities inherent in the field: infinite creativity, freedom and bliss.

2) The Law of Giving
This law could also be called the Law of Giving and Receiving, because the universe operates through dynamic exchange. The flow of life is nothing other than the harmonious interaction of all the elements and forces that structure the field of existence. Because your body and your mind and the universe are in constant and dynamic change, stopping the circulation of energy is like stopping the flow of blood. Whenever blood stops flowing, it begins to clot, to stagnate. That is why you must give and receive in order to keep wealth and affluence--or anything you want--circulating in your life. If our only intention is to hold on to our money and hoard it--since it's life energy, we will stop its circulation back into our lives as well. In order to keep that energy coming to us, we have to keep the energy circulating. Thus, the more you give, the more you will receive. The best way to put The Law of Giving into operation is to make a decision that any time you come into contact with anyone, you will give them something. It doesn't have to be in the form of material things; it could be a flower, a compliment or a prayer. In fact, the most powerful forms of giving are non-material. The gifts of caring, attention, affection, appreciation and love are some of the most precious gifts you can give, and they don't cost you anything.

3) The Law of Karma (or Cause and Effect)
"Karma" is both action and the consequence of that action; it is cause and effect simultaneously, because every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in kind. There is nothing unfamiliar about the Law of Karma. Everyone had heard the expression, "What you sow is what you reap." Obviously, if we want to create happiness in our lives, we must learn to sow the seeds of happiness. Therefore, karma implies the action of conscious choice-making. Whether you like it or not, everything that is happening at this moment is a result of the choices you've made in the past. Unfortunately, a lot of us make choices unconsciously, and therefore we don't think they are choices--and yet, they are. If you step back for a moment and witness the choices you are making as you make those choices, then in just this act of witnessing, you take the whole process from the unconscious realm into the conscious realm. This procedure of conscious choice-making and witnessing is very empowering. You can use the Law of Karma to create money and affluence, and the flow of all good things to you, any time you want. But first, you must become consciously aware that your future is generated by the choices you are making in every moment of your life. If you do this on a regular basis, then you are making full use of this law. The more you bring your choices into the level of your conscious awareness, the more you will make those choices which are spontaneously correct--both for you and those around you.

4) The Law of Least Effort
This law is based on the fact that nature's intelligence functions with effortless ease and abandoned carefreeness. This is the principle of least action, of no resistance. This is, therefore, the principle of harmony and love. When we learn this lesson from nature, we easily fulfill our desires. In Vedic Science, the age-old philosophy of India, this principle is known as the principle of economy of effort, or "do less and accomplish more." Ultimately, you come to the state where you do nothing and accomplish everything. This means that there is just a faint idea, and then the manifestation of the idea comes about effortlessly. What is commonly called a "miracle" is actually an expression of the Law of Least Effort. Least effort is expended when your actions are motivated by love, because nature is held together by the energy of love. When you seek power and control over other people, you waste energy. When you seek money or power for the sake of the ego, you spend energy chasing the illusion of happiness instead of enjoying happiness in the moment. When your actions are motivated by love, your energy multiplies and accumulates--and the surplus energy you gather and enjoy can be channeled to create anything that you want, including unlimited wealth. There are three components to the Law of Least Effort--three things you can do to put this principle of "do less and accomplish more" into action. The first component is acceptance. Acceptance simply means that you make a commitment: "Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances and events as they occur." This means I will know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. The second component is responsibility. This means not blaming anyone or anything for your situation, including yourself. This allows you the ability to have a creative response to the situation as it is now. All problems contain the seeds of opportunity, and this awareness allows you to take the moment and transform it to a better situation or thing. The third component to the Law of Least Effort is defenselessness. This means that you have relinquished the need to convince or persuade others of your point of view. If you relinquish this need you will in that relinquishment gain access to enormous amounts of energy that have been previously wasted.

5) The Law of Intention and Desire
This law is based on the fact that energy and information exist everywhere in nature. A flower, a rainbow, a tree, a human body, when broken down to their essential components are energy and information. The whole universe, in its essential nature, is the movement of energy and information. The only difference between you and a tree is the informational and energy content of your respective bodies. You can consciously change the energy and informational content of your own quantum mechanical body, and therefore influence the energy and informational content of your extended body--your environment, your world--and cause things to manifest in it. The quality of intention on the object of attention will orchestrate an infinity of space-time events to bring about the outcome intended, provided one follows the other spiritual laws of success. Intention lays the groundwork for the effortless, spontaneous, frictionless flow of pure potentiality. The only caution is that you use your intent for the benefit of mankind.

6) The Law of Detachment
This law says that in order to acquire anything in the physical universe, you have to relinquish your attachment to it. This doesn't mean you give up the intention to create your desire. You give up your attachment to the result. This is a very powerful thing to do. The moment you relinquish your attachment to the result, combining one-pointed intention with detachment at the same time, you will have that which you desire. Anything you want can be acquired through detachment, because detachment is based on the unquestioning belief in the power of your true Self. Attachment comes from poverty consciousness, because attachment is always to symbols. Detachment is synonymous with wealth consciousness, because with detachment there is freedom to create. True wealth consciousness is the ability to have anything you want, anytime you want, and with least effort. To be grounded in this experience you have to be grounded in the wisdom of uncertainty. In this uncertainty you will find the freedom to create anything you want.

7) The Law of "Dharma" or Purpose in Life
The seventh spiritual law of success is the Law of Dharma. (Dharma is a Sanskrit word that means "purpose in life.") This law says that we have taken manifestation in physical form to fulfill a purpose. You have a unique talent and a unique way of expressing it. There is something that you can do better than anyone else in the whole world--and for every unique talent and unique expression of that talent, there are also unique needs. When these needs are matched with the creative expression of your talent, that is the spark that creates affluence. Expressing your talents to fulfill needs creates unlimited wealth and abundance. There are three components to the Law of Dharma. The first says that each of us is here to discover our true Self. The second component is to express our unique talents; the expression of that talent takes you into timeless awareness. The third component is service to humanity. When you combine the ability to express your unique talent with service to humanity, then you make full use of the Law of Dharma.

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success are powerful principles that will enable you to attain self-mastery. If you put your attention on these laws and practice the steps outlined above, you will see that you can manifest anything you want--all the affluence, money and success you desire. You will also see that your life becomes more joyful and abundant in every way, for these laws are also the spiritual laws of life that make living worthwhile.

Are you ready to climb the Ladder of Success???

I find it amusing when people ask, "How can I be successful?" then I ask back, "do you really want to be successful?" and they would immediately answer, "yes!". Then if you tell them, "ok so here's what you need to do..." Most of the time they will say, "I don't want to do that, its risky, my friends/parents will not like it, I am busy, I have no time etc..."Most of the time, you will hear their reasons and justifications.

Why is this so? because it is really so easy to say, "I want to be successful" however, when its time to start taking action, only few really make things happen.

It boils down to attitudes, set of beliefs and mindset that separates the successful ones from those who are not.

Which one are you?

From 1-40, did you see yourself having all the attitudes of successful people?

OR from 1-40, majority of the attitudes of unsuccessful people describes you?

Remember, there is nothing wrong with you if you find yourself more on the UNSUCCESSFUL, the most important thing is to be aware. Without being aware, how will you know what it is that needs your attention and what needs to be changed?. If you find yourself having both, the key is to keep yourself growing more on the SUCCESSFUL attitudes, mindsets and beliefs. BE with successful people, DO what successful are doing and HAVE the attitudes and mindset of successful people when you make choices and decisions in life.

In the community, we make sure that each and every attitudes and mindset of successful people grows in the hearts, minds and body of a Core Team member. T.Harv Eker a self-made millionaire said, "to be rich and successful, simply model rich and successful people".

As billionaire John Paul Getty said, "I'm not bragging. I am simply trying to show that there are always occasions where people can become successful if they could only recognize and seize the moment and if they could ignore the negative sentiments expressed by those who become prophets of doom".

If you're ready to climb the ladder, then simply begin!

Do you have what it takes to be Rich?

http://foocus.com/siteimages/Novelties/Warning-Challenges.jpg

A lot of people these days wanted to be rich. Watch the television and you will see a lot of young people wanting to hit it big on TV. You will also find shows telling you that you can be an instant millionaire. Just look at the line of people buying tickets for Lotto everyday, you would wonder how hopeful a lot of Filipinos has become that luck will fall on them and make them millionaires.

During these challenging economic times, people would rather find a “shortcut” rather than undergo the usual process to becoming rich.
I don’t blame people wanting to win it over luck; the path to richness is not for everyone. It is not an easy path and it is not a calling for the faint-hearted.

One of the millionaires I admire (although he does not belong to the popular likes of Kiyosaki and Trump), Felix Dennis, a British self-made millionaire said if you want to be rich, you must grow a carapace. A mental armour. Thick enough to shrug off the inevitable sniggering and malicious mockery that will follow your inevitable failures, not to mention the poorly hidden envy that will accompany your eventual success.

He actually gave a list to consider by a person wanting to become rich and according to him, if you find yourself unable to measure up to even ONE of these initial demands (even just ONE), forget your quest to richness:

1. If you are unwilling to fail, sometimes publicly, and even catastrophically, you stand very little chance of ever getting rich.

2. If you care what the neighbors will think, you will never get rich.

3. If you cannot bear the thought of causing worry to your family, spouse or lover while you plough a lonely, dangerous road rather than taking a safe option of a regular job, you will never get rich.

4. If you have artistic inclinations and fear that the search for wealth will coarsen such talents or degrade them, you will never get rich. (Because your fear in this instance, is well justified)

5. If you are not prepared to work longer hours than almost anyone you know, despite the jibes of colleagues and friends, you are unlikely to be rich.

6. If you cannot convince yourself that you are "good enough" to be rich, you will never get rich.

7. If you cannot treat your quest to get rich as a game, you will never be rich.

8. If you cannot face up your fear of failure, you will never be rich.

Being in business for almost 10 years already, I totally agree with him. Getting rich means sacrifice. You must learn to get used to it or give up the quest. Another brutal truth, in which I believe anyone wanting to become rich must confront, is the fear of failure. I believe no amount of books will set anyone afraid to fail free. As for the words of Mr. Dennis, “be prepared to remain relatively poor if you will not confront and harness this human emotion, which is fear. In fact, in my years of experience in business, I am convinced that fear of failing in the eyes of the world is the single biggest impediment to amassing wealth.”

People who are afraid to fail never get started. People who surrender to it becomes paralyzed and defeated. Nobody becomes wealthy surrendering to fear. Trust me on this.

If none of the reasons above fit you, then I invite you to be on a quest towards a rich and successful life. To be on a quest, you need people with you who are willing to commit to the goal. If you are unreasonable and unstoppable, become part of the iCon1:11 Core Team. There is no guarantee that you will become rich in an instant. The only guarantee is you will get there provided you commit and never quit when challenges come your way.

CORPORATE WORLD VS. RATE RACE

http://www.justnewlistings.com/blogs/uploads/dc%20real%20estate%20Rat%20race.png
SEE!!! THEY'RE ALL IN THE RAT RACE...

Today, I realized that staying in the corporate world will not give me financial freedom. The longer I stay in the corporate world, the more it will be harder to quit.

The corporate world or the rat race is the same thing but depending on where you are, it has positive and negative attributes. I have listed down 10 things that I learned, from the rat race perspective.

1.) You are led to believe there is something for you. You are like a donkey following a carrot, where the carrot is hung at one end of the stick and the other end is tied to your neck. Well, if you think you have been waiting long enough for that promotion and until now there is no development, think about it. Does anybody really care for your career in your company?

2.) You are offered an exit package once the company has no use for you. In any industry, if you have outlived your usefulness, then it's time to go.

3.) You are given a workload which is bigger than what your position requires. Management is
testing you how far can you go, you either make it or break it. You will be told that you are "under observation". Do well and you might get promoted. But if you do bad, then you just destroyed your career.

4.) You are trapped forever in the rat race because of fear of security. Your expenses grow with your salary. (This is fear at work!) You work harder and harder than ever to get promoted, even at the expense of eliminating competition in the process. (This is greed!)

5.) You are moved like a pawn in a chess game. You have no choice where to go. You must go with the flow or your head will be marked. Depending on what exactly you'll be handling, this is only good if your movement in the organization is aligned with your career path.

6.) Your performance is not recognized. The credit could be stolen by others who want to outrace you. Do well and all that you'll get is "good job". Do bad and you'll carry the demerit for the rest of your life.

7.) You are manipulated to do things that could be against your beliefs. Eat your pride or leave. In some instances, you'll have to do the dirty work of your boss.

8.) You can predict how much you will be earning for your entire lifetime. If that is enough, then you could stay. The only way for you to live your life decently is live below your means.

9.) You can't spend much time with your family because work is calling you after office hours and weekends. You have to do extra work and/or overtime. It's ok if this was your own business. It's ok to do this while you are still young and single. But when you get older, can you still take this?

10.) You are not growing, and if you are not growing, you are dying. Can you do work that is not meaningful for you until you get old?

What I have written is not exactly true for everyone, and at one point in your life, you'll eventually realize it. Employment certainly has its benefits but if you think you can do more and deserve much more, think again.

Now, I want you to ask yourself, "Is employment the only thing for you?"
Come to think of it? Do not limit yourself...

The Obstacle in our Path!

I love reading inspirational stories. I just want to share this story how obstacles change our lives.

The Obstacle in Our Path
by Lee Ryan Miller

In ancient times, a king had a boulder placed on a roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if anyone would remove the huge rock. Some of the king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by and simply walked around it. Many loudly blamed the king for not keeping the roads clear, but none did anything about getting the big stone out of the way. Then a peasant came along carrying a load of vegetables. On approaching the boulder, the peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the stone to the side of the road. After much pushing and straining, he finally succeeded. As the peasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed a purse lying in the road where the boulder had been. The purse contained many gold coins and a note from the king indicating that the gold was for the person who removed the boulder from the roadway. The peasant learned what many others never understand. Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve one's condition.

Some insights:

After reading the short story, I identified 3 Types of People:

1. The Avoider
2. The Blamer
3. The Doer

The Avoider is a person who thinks avoiding or ignoring the problem will make it go away, actually in reality the problem is still there.

The Blamer is a person who loves to blame other people once they experience problems and most of them do nothing.

The Doer is a person who takes action instead of complaining or justifying. You will notice that successful people falls in this category.

Most people don't realize that what made them a better person were those uncomfortable situations.

The question right now is which one are you?

Top Ten Reasons Why Filipinos hate MLMs

These are the reasons i heard from the community members who joined other MLM companies before they joined the iCon1.11 Community.

1. They simply hate MLMs because they worked too hard and suddenly it disappeared. The reason: 90%+ of MLM in the Philippines has binary compensation Plans. The businesses are doomed to fail even before they started. It means they joined a Pyramiding Scheme. Pyramids or Ponzi Scheme make money when you recruit new members. When the recruiting stops the money stops. It will takes 2 to 5 years for a pyramid scheme to be exposed and collapse. When it collapse many will end up losing their money and reputation. Statistics shows that there are 60,000 network marketing companies that were registered since 1960's and only 11 remains to be in the New York Stock Exchange as a Multi Billion Dollar business, example Amway, Herbalife, USANA, ForeverLivingProducts... if you're in this company, you're in a good hand just find a right group to join with...these are the few sample of a successful MLM Company existing until now.

2. They tell you it is a job or a work interview. When you arrive to their office you will be seated in a Business Opportunity meeting. After that you will be pressured to sign up. Just like the concern of the above letter sender.

3. They make you sell high priced and inferior quality products. These products won't even sell if you are going to put it in a department store or pharmacy. Without the recruitment scheme these products would not be moved. They use MARKETING HYPE to lure their customers in buying their products. For example "a Juice can cure all kinds of illness" They do not have clinical studies or tests to prove their claims only testimonials. But if they have supporting information, facts & research this will assure that you are NOT joining a PYRAMIDING Scheme.

4. Their promise never arrived. They entice you with their compensation plan. They will show you graphs and drawings how the huge money is made. They will even park expensive cars outside their office and boast that these were owned by top earners. One of the community members told me that the company just paid for the down payment. That is why when their company is now about to collapse the cars of this top earners were repossessed.

5. They lost respect. Their family hate their guts after they recruited them. You can have multiple so called business centers that you sign up yourself and all your family members as their downlines. You can be an upline to yourself and the same downline just to balance the slots. Too much money and reputation was lost because of these type of MLM business.

6. You can see their products distributed and displayed in department stores at much lower prices. You look like stupid to your friends you just sold your products to a higher price.

7. They lose their principles and values. They focus more on money making and not on values formation and business training. Most of the MLM companies make their owners richer and not their distributors.

8. They are not regulated by government agencies. You have to check if the MLM company is a member of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines. This will assure that you are NOT joining a PYRAMIDING Scheme.

9. They failed. Just like any traditional business they failed and lost.

10. They lost their face. Their friends and family got angry at them for recruiting them.

The community strategy of
creating wealth from zero does not employ the the above mentioned MLM schemes. We are here to create real business opportunities that is patterned from the Rich Dad Power Investing Plan: Combination of Corporation, Franchising and Network Distribution.

"We only offer business opportunities to those who have what it takes to be rich and are ready to handle the rigors of becoming a world class business leader."

Self Made Millionaires vs. Team Made Millionaires

“In this Information Era, move in the path that makes you reach your goals faster and easier”

Same goes in Finance and Business nowadays. In this fast changing era when everyday new information and technologies being publicized; an individual Entrepreneur has a higher chance of succeeding if he joins forces with other experts than competing against them. Remember in today time, the faster you get to your desired results the better you are, and then the titles follow.

Based on my own experiences... (and you may add more);

And as you can see, there are companies starting merging together; though they competed against each other in the past. Sample of those in our country are banks (like BDO and Equitable!)

Therefore one of the reasons I suggest people in joining communities such as iCon1.11Core is to provide the potential of creating the Team that helps them winning the money game, faster and easier.

So, you still want to go solo or join us?

Getting out of Bad Debt...

This is not a repost of any books written about debt. This is my personal expert view based on my 33 years of existence in this journey called life and my experience in coaching core team members that are into bad debts.

This blog to serve as guide to online community members who are in distress always and wants to get out of bad debt.

1. First you have to identify if your "utang" if it is a good debt or a bad debt.

If it is a good debt you do not have to worry since your assets will repay for the debt. If it is a bad debt then you are in trouble. Bad debt means you "utang" to buy liabilities. To learn more about bad and good debts we encourage you to participate in our cashflow gatherings and wealth course seminars.

First step to change is awareness. Now that you are aware about your bad debts, list it down so that you can study on how to get out of them.

2. Identify which debt can wait and which are urgent.

After you listed down all your bad debts, identify which needs urgent attention and which one can wait for another year to be repaid. Now you have the total figures of your bad debts. Look at it and say "ang liit naman nito!"

3. Grow yourself.

Your income is proportionate to the problems you solve and value you add to others peoples life. - T Harv Eker.

Personal Growth = Income

Grow yourself so that your income will grow. Give yourself a time to grow your income by growing yourself on your capabilities to create businesses and opportunities. Say in one year your income must be twice your current debt. Say for example your total bad debt is 500,000 so you have to target in growing your income into one million pesos in a year. You need to get a business coach and a business mentor on how to earn that amount. You can find coaches and mentors in the Core Team of this Online Community.

A problem becomes a big problem because you see it as big because you see yourself as a small person. What if you see yourself as a big person say a level 8 person and you have a level 3 problem then that problem becomes a small problem. But if you are a level 1 person and you have a level 3 problem then that problem is a big problem!

4. Talk to your creditors.

Once it is clear with you the systems and strategies on how you will earn an income twice than your bad debt, you can confidently talk to your creditors and re commit your debt repayment schedule.

If you find trouble talking to people, our leadership dojo can teach you how to be a good communicator. Communication skills is one of the very important business skill.

5. Grow your income.

Because you have your commitments to your creditors now start growing your income by growing yourself in the businesses your coaches and mentors assigned to you. You really have to be super coachable if you want to hit your target annual income. Once you start earning your business income you can start repaying your bad debts.

You can never solve a problem with a mindset that created it. This means you can never repay this bad debts just being employed. You really have to undergo the process of transition from poor or middle class mindset to rich class mindset.

CASHFLOW QUADRANT MEANS?

Rich Dad’s Wisdom in a Nutshell

“You only have so many hours in a day and you can only work so hard. So why work hard for money? Learn to have money and people work hard for you, and you can be free to do the things that are important.”

-Time to raise children
-Have money to donate to charities and projects
-Bring jobs to the community
-Time and money to care for your health
-Time and money to travel the world
-Money supports life. Don’t spend your entire life working so hard for it.

Different quadrants…Different people

“If you want to be a leader of people, you need to be a master of words.” - Rich Dad

You can tell the difference between an employee-type, a self-employed person, a business owner, and an investor, by the kind of words they use.

Employees use words like “benefits, security”. What drives them is Fear.

Self-employed people use words like “Do it yourself” Be your own boss. For them money is not important but “independence, freedom” are. They are considered experts in their fields and like to do things their way. Quality of work is much more important than money.

Business owners like to hire E’s and S’s so they can keep their minds busy with the occupation of thinking. What do they like to think up? New business plans, of course.

A real business owner can leave his business for a year, and return to find it more profitable. She builds a system that is capable of running on its own, with capable managers.

Know the difference between risk and risky.
Define risk in your own words. Ask yourself is relying on a paycheck risky to you? Is having debt every month risky to you? Is owning an asset that generates cash flow into your pocket each month risky to you? Is spending time learning about financial education risky to you? Is spending time learning about different types of investments risky to you?

Commit 5 hours each week to do one or more of the ff:
•Read the business page of your newspaper and the Wall Street Journal.
•Listen to the financial news on TV or radio.
•Listen to educational cassettes on investing and financial education.
•Read financial magazines and newsletters.
•Play the board game CASHFLOW.

Believe in yourself and start today!

LEVERAGE 101!!!

From The Power Investing Plan:
Accelerator #3: Other People’s Time
If you are a good business owner, you have the leverage of other people and systems doing your work. In other words, if you are a good businessperson, it is the same as earning money for nothing, once the business is up and running. Most people will have to work for money for much of their lives because they work for a business rather than work to build a business.

There are two ways you can access OPT or Other People's Time, get them as employees or get them as business partners.

The difference is illustrated below:

EMPLOYEES
They work for a business.
You need to give them salary or wages.
You need to give them salary even if your business is losing money or else they will file a case in the Labor Office.
They are paid based on their time.
Instant gratification.
They are working for you.
"Giving them fish..."

BUSINESS PARTNERS
They build a business.
They make money only if the business makes money
They are paid by results. If the business wins they win. If the business loss they loss.
They are paid based on performance and results.
Delayed Gratification.
They are working with you.
"Teaching them to fish..."

Robert Kiyosaki in his book Richdad Business School defines Big Businesses, based from Forbes Magazine, are businesses with more than 500 EMPLOYEES.

One of the intention of the CA2020 Core Team is to create Big Businesses based on the Philippine business condition. Our Life Entrepreneurship program teaches each Core Team member on how to expand their Business Empire into 500+ BUSINESS PARTNERS in 2 to 3 years.

What about you, how will you do your OPT?
Hiring employees or getting business partners?

CREATING CREDIBILITY

Great Sunday Everyone! I noticed that I am starting to develop a habit of posting blogs every Sunday and share to all members of our online community my thoughts on certain topics and hopefully inspires them to act in spite of anything.

For today I am going to share to you my thoughts about building credibility.

Exercise: Try to go to any bank and ask for a loan and show the loan officer your resume. Do you think he will give you a loan?

Banks ask for proof of income:

Cash flow
That is why you are asked for pay slips if you are employed and your bank statements if you are a small business.

Fixed Assets
They can also ask for a real estate title.

This simply means that banks to do not really care about your resume, where you go to school and what are your degrees and highest educational attainments, work experiences, awards and recognition. They only care about one thing: your capacity to pay back your loan. In short you have to show something tangible and credible.

In big business credibility is also very important. You can access your network depending on the level of credibility you have. I know people who have vast networks but they cannot access them because they lack credibility. Leaders are born when they established and built their credibility. People become their followers the moment they saw that they walk their talk. For example: William Wallace have to show first to his countrymen that he can kick the English ass before his countrymen choose him as their leader and followed him to victory, the embarrassing retreat of the powerful English army.

Credibility is the reasons why most of the coaches of our business community leave the rat race the moment their business income is more than their rat race income.

Credibility is also the reason why they are called COACHES. They already proven that they can start a business from zero and from that business they create their wealth.

Credibility is also the reason why before you can become a core team you have to undergo a process. This process is to make sure you are able to withstand the rigors of creating world class businesses. Sadly, one out of four who attempted pass the process. The other three that quit put their fear forward instead of their dreams.

Credibility is also the reason why we have three stages in the CA2020 Power Investing Plan. Each level builds the credibility of the Core Team, to assure them higher chances of success on the next level.

Credibility our number criteria in choosing companies to work with as business partners. We look into their track records like world wide revenues, numbers of millionaires created, marketability and quality of products and services.
