A huge number of Filipinos are under the "E" Quadrant (employee),

and I classify them into two types.

1. Complacent Employees:

Complacent employees are the one who says "OK na sahod na to, nababayaran naman gastusin ko." They just take their paycheck and hope that someday they willgetpromoted or find a higher paying job. They feel comfortable with whatthey are doing and they are being contented with their job because offear. Fear that if they get out of their comfort zone (which isemployment) they will not be able to earn money or they will losemoney. They do not know that their comfort zone is in direct proportionto their income zone.

2. Complaining Employees:

Complaining employee are the one who says "Hay naku, napakaliit talagang magpasahod ng kumpanyang ito." And the next step thing they do is quit. They look for another job, better opportunity and higher pay thinking that more money will solvethe problem. But more money won't solve the problem.

So what will solve this financial struggle? Financial Literacy.

Instead of changing your job and look for a better paying one, change what is in your head.

Be financially literate and learn how "money will work for you and Not YOU working for money."

So are you ready to get out of your comfort zone and

take your first step to being financially literate?
